Make your own bacon and cures at home! I'll teach you the basic ratios and time frames for curing bacon and gravlax at home (plus we'll review the difference between lox, gravlax, nova and smoked salmon). When our session is complete, you'll have one project curing, plus another batch of cure for the next round. Includes take home materials: cure recipes and instructions, reusable labels and checklists.
